• This drink is designed for weightlifting and endurance activities designed to build muscle strength.
Carbohydrates:
• 45% Pure Organic Beet Sugar (GI of 64)
• 50% Pure Fruit Sugar (GI of 22)
Proteins:
• 24% Whey Protein Isolate
• 0.5% Soy Protein Isolate
• 0.5% Orgainic Sprlulina/Blue Green Algea

Each kg of this drink powder makes 20 liters of mixed sports drink!

This drinks has the same amount of caffeine per litre of mixed drink as 1/2 a shot of expresso. If you do not wish for your drinks to contain caffeine, please remove the Kola Nut Extract and Gaurana Seed Powder from the drink.
