Table Sugar

Table Sugar (aka Sucrose) has a GI of about 64 which is medium and about the same as beets, rice or raisins. Thus, it shouldn’t cause your blood sugar levels to undergo any crazy spikes. We feel that this should be the main sugar used in all activities completed at a Lactate threshold and below (anything less intense than a 2hr race intensity). We use high quality organic table sugar and allow you to specify, from the following options:
